We currently offer the services below to Virginia residents only. We specialize in servicing individuals ages 15 and up.

We offer services both in-person and via telehealth. Our hours of operation are between 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Thursday, with some Friday availability.

We are currently in network with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cigna, Oscar (Optum), Oxford (Optum), Quest Behavioral Health, United Healthcare and Private Pay. Be on the lookout for additional insurance carriers!

We are NOT a crisis service. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 9-8-8. For other types of emergencies, please call 9-1-1.
Initial Diagnostic Assessment
Begin establishing rapport and building a trusting therapeutic relationship. Your therapist will gather details about presenting concerns/symptoms, identify barriers/strengths, and inquire about psychosocial history to collaboratively determine the most appropriate treatment focus/approach.
Individual Psychotherapy Sessions
Consecutive, client-centered sessions focusing on your unique treatment goals and objectives. Your therapist's role is to serve as an ally alongside your journey by providing encouragement through the teaching of adaptive skills, modeling, and sharing of knowledge to support you in your efforts to cope effectively.
Additional Information
The estimated length of services can vary, depending on several factors. You will work with your therapist to create an individualized treatment plan that outlines your specific goals. Sessions can be conducted either in-person or via telehealth and are typically 50-60 minutes long.
***You must provide at least a 48 hour notice to cancel/reschedule sessions. Failure to do so may result in a fee.
